Carriers:
- UPS, UPS Freight, FedEx, USPS
FOB:
- All products are shipped FOB Atlanta, GA. MadeToPromo will not be held responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed products caused by shipping carriers.
Third Party Billing:
- When shipping on any third party account other than MadeToPromo account, mention all details on POs, might be limited to certain products. All products with “EZ” as an item number cannot be done using third party billing.
Freight Quotes:
- We can provide freight quotes for orders shipping to the US. These are approximate and for estimation purposes only.
Carrier Address Corrections & Intercept Fees:
- Any charges for address corrections or interception fees will be billed at cost and are the responsibility of the distributor.
Product Damage Claims:
- All claims must be made within five (5) days. If, after inspection of your entire shipment, you feel that a claim with the carrier is warranted, we will be happy to help by filing a claim on your behalf.
- All products are shipped FOB.
- Customers must retain packaging and contents to make them available for the carriers for inspection.
Turnaround Time:
- All in-stock orders will be shipped out within 7 business days. Products with “EZ” as an item number will be shipped out within 12 business days.
